There is a thing called Sound-In that I like to participate in on Fridays when I get a chance. This week they have a really great selection of improvisations and I decided to give my new (used) Alvarez Parlor guitar a try. It has a built in pickup so it made it really easy to plug in and record. Of course, I couldn’t help but to throw a little reverb and delay on. Just in case you were not aware, these are improvisations of the more experimental sort. Trying new ideas, techniques, sounds, tools and structures.
My entry for this week is titled Rain in April. And I’m sure we are all hoping for that this year in California.
